Edana Harris
Licensed Massage Therapist
Since I can remember, I have found the human body fascinating. This, paired with my passion for health, inspired me to combine these interests to help others. In September 2019, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. I then trained in Sports Massage Therapy with renowned massage therapist and competition judge Monica Paslaru. This year I qualified in Indian Head Massage at the London Centre of Indian Champissage™.
Over time, daily stressors can cause abnormalities in the muscles which can lead to injury and postural deformities. Massage not only relieves pain and muscle tension, it helps maintain the body, prevents injury and restores mobility leading to a better quality of life.

Massage also releases 'feel good' hormones such as endorphins, oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin in your body. So you will leave feeling nurtured and uplifted.
Treatments
It was an absolute pleasure to get a massage by Edana! She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable with soothing music, incense, and always checking in on whether the pressure is alright. She even advised me on the best stretching exercises, as well as some other post-massage care items that I had never been told elsewhere.
